“I requested to write my own biography because I am way better at it. I am a very hard worker and consummate professional but I also like to live in the moment. I am someone who lives by the saying work hard, play hard, sleep hard, eat hard. My belief system is simple: everyone is good, kids are the best, let’s have fun.
Squirrels and lizards are the coolest: (shoutout to racer and speedo my backyard gang). I am amazing at pretty much everything. For example: I have caught over 50 flies and I am only 4 years old, most have been in the last year, no big deal. Love a good BYOS party (Bring your own stick: for you boomers). While I love everyone, kids are my vibe. They match my belief system: “let’s have fun” and ALWAYD BE KIND.
I support a number of causes in spare time. I am a founding member of the 8 meals a day foundation, Pizza crust lovers unite, Anti-bathing league, and Petting saves lives”.

Hi, my name is Lauren! I’m an Austin native and graduate of the applied physical sciences PTA licensure program at ACC. I have always had a strong passion towards helping others along with staying physically active and healthy through the pursuit of various competitive sports so what better way to merge my two passions than through helping to keep people of all ages active, healthy, and capable of living their fullest lives through physical therapy! As a student, I spent 2 years volunteering at an equine therapy ranch aiding in therapeutic riding instruction. Outside of my education in physical therapy, I have 10 years experience as a personal trainer and sports performance coach for adults and kiddos. I formerly coached childs swim lessons, horseback riding lessons, and jiujitsu. All 3 of which I have spent years of my own life practicing. What I love most about my job is seeing a child transform over time to gain not only greater physical abilities and independence but the confidence and excitement to challenge themselves as well! Helping them grow is the best reward. It’s why I chose this profession. In my free time, you’ll either find me hiking and walking my dog, Australian Heeler, Gobi, listening to a podcast, reading a good book, traveling to someplace beautiful, or most often at the gym practicing and teaching jiujitsu. I am a pediatric physical therapist assistant by day and a professional jiujitsu competitor by night. I believe that the best medicine any doctor can prescribe is physical movement, sunshine, healthy food, and human connection. I hope to bring any or all of this into yours and your child’s life and make it fuller and more capable than before.
